Each site is scored 0–1 based on:

30% Trial volume — number of registered trials (log-scaled)
20% Recent activity — trials in the last 3 years
15% Condition diversity — range of therapeutic areas studied
15% Address completeness — has a full address on file
10% Investigators — named principal investigators on record
10% Data completeness — overall profile richness

Tier Assignments

A Top 10% by score (avg 103 trials/site)
B Next 20% (avg 7 trials/site)
C Next 30% (avg 3 trials/site)
D Bottom 40% (avg 2 trials/site)

Scores reflect data availability, not clinical quality. A Tier D site may be excellent but underrepresented in public registries.
